Tuesday: 9:00-6:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 9:00-2:00 p.m.
Thursday: 9:00-6:00 p.m.
Friday: 9:00-12:00 p.m.
Saturday: Pre-booked appt only

For day of appointments, please call 2-hours before desired time. It takes 1-hour for the sauna to heat up.

Pre-book your sauna time days in advance and stay committed to your health and wellness time!
How Much?
First sweat only $15!
After that each sweat is $28. Packages available for those wanting to sweat more at lower prices.
What To Bring?
Bring a towel to sit on and wear clothes you feel comfortable sweating in. Towels and robes provided for small fee if you forget.
