YOGA
If you have a body and can breathe, you can do yoga! Yoga at it's core is stretching and breathing. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, flexible or can barely touch your toes, you are welcome to show up just as you are. Yoga helps you build strength, flexibility, mobility, and to find ease in your mind. Yoga class is not religious.
SOUND HEALING
Everything in life is vibration. Come experience vibration throughout your entire body on the VibroAcoustic Massage Table. Anneli made all of the music to lead you on a journey to a place of relaxation and ease. By experiencing the vibrations of the sound table you will boost your immunity, release stress and pain, and feel well.
INFRARED SAUNA
Experience the natural healing rays from the sun in our medical grade mPower Sunlighten sauna. Infrared sauna sessions boost circulation, lower blood pressure, reduce the risk of heart disease, burns calories and promotes weight loss, promotes healthy skin, relieves pain, decreases depression, and leaves you feeling relaxed in body and mind.
GUIDANCE
In the fast paced world we live in there is not much emphasis put on self care. Anneli's sessions are all about developing self care skills to improve your life. In order to give to others you first have to give to yourself. By working with Anneli you'll learn coping skills for daily life and take the time to uncover your true purpose here on earth.
EVENT SPACE
High Vibes Healing is a beautifully designed 2480 Square Foot space that can be rented to the public as an intentional event space. We realize that there are many gifted practitioners in southeastern TN and High Vibes Healing can serve as a home base for single day and multi day events and retreats.
