RULES & REGULATIONS

  • A single class, class packs and unlimited contracts are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Upon the expiration of your class packs, any unused classes do NOT roll over. 

  • Please be sure to cancel your reservation 1 hour before class if you cannot attend. A la carte "no shows" will be charged the full class price $18; class pack "no shows" will have a class deducted from the package.

  • In order for a class to occur there need to be at least 2-people signed up. If there is only 1 person signed up, the class will be canceled and you will be refunded the class to your account. To ensure that classes keep happening please BOOK your class early so that it is not canceled. 

  • The 5-class pack expires 90 days after purchase.

  • The 10 & 20-class packs expire 6 months after purchase.

  • Auto-renew contracts have a 1-month (30 day) early cancellation policy.

  • Workshops, sound baths, retreats, and all events ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

  • Private sound healing and guidance sessions ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cancel your session at least 1-hour before the session the pass will go back to your account to be used and rescheduled in the future.
