YOGA

Yoga is a science and an art.
Yoga at it's core is stretching and deep breathing.
Yoga is for everyone and every body.
Most classes are for all levels, with modifications for injuries or tight areas and opportunities for harder poses.
Practice with Anneli in community, or one-to-one.
Anneli teaches Kripalu Yoga, which focuses on a clear structure with centering, pranayama, warm ups, a gentle vinyasa style flow, then a yin cool down, and long resting pose or savasana with live sound healing music.
