Yoga is for everyone and every body.

Most classes are for all levels, with modifications for injuries or tight areas and opportunities for harder poses.​

 

Practice with Anneli in community, or one-to-one.

​

Anneli teaches Kripalu Yoga, which focuses on a clear structure with centering, pranayama, warm ups, a gentle vinyasa style flow, then a yin cool down, and long resting pose or savasana with live sound healing music.
